Roberta Davies  - OWNER / HEAD CHEF

 

Roberta was raised in a number of different towns, growing up in Carson City, NV, New Orleans LA and Bishop CA.



Her favorite chef is Julia Child, who's books and TV series inspired her to embrace the art of fine food. Roberta has traveled around the world trying the local foods and understanding the cultures and subtleties that drive each dish. At Bleu Cafe, she works tirelessly to bring these experiences to you.
