Bleu Cafe is pleased to announce the next in our series of Culinary Traveler’s Club dinners. On Tuesday October 20th we will bring you our “Black Forest Feast”.
We will highlight the traditional German cuisine of the Black Forest region.
Parties of more than 4 people, please book early to be sure we can reserve a table for you! Ticket sales will end on Saturday, October 17th at Midnight.
For the First Time Ever!
We are offering curbside pickup of your Black Forest Feast dinners on Monday, Oct 19th a day before the in-house dinner event! Pickup times are 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Please call and tell us your pickup time when you purchase your tickets so we can have your food hot and ready to go!

Fresh Pretzel Rolls
Served with traditional weizen-cheese spread (obatzda)
Spiced Potato-Cheese Soup (Kartoffelsuppe)
Emmentaler and other cheeses are seasoned with caraway and cream. Finished with sauteed apples and bratwurst.
Bacon, onion and cabbage are sauteed and wrapped in a flaky crust.Served with our spring greens and onion vinaigrette.
Option A - Roasted Duck with Blackberry Sauce (Entenbraten)
Long Island Pekin duck legs are braised in our own rich, dark duck stock, wine, fresh blackberries, juniper and a savory blend of seasonings. Served with potato pancakes (kartoffelpuffer) and braised red cabbage (rotkohl)
Option B - Roasted Chicken with Blackberry Sauce
Same as option A, but substitute chicken fo the duck.
Black Forest Cake (Bleu Cafe Style)
Black cherries macerated in "kirschwasser" are layered between dark chocolate cake and rich bavarian cream. Finished with a kirsch and chocolate glaze.
